Valid ID

Any Canadian government issued driver’s license or identification card, provided that it contains a photograph and date of birth. We will also accept any valid government issued passport containing a photography and date of birth. Please note: Temporary paper drivers licenses, birth certificates, school issued, or expired identification cards will not be accepted.
Event Entry / Security
Early arrival is highly recommended. Doors are at 8PM so get to the venue early and enjoy yourself! Headliners start early! Absolutely no outside food or drinks will be allowed through the security checkpoints. For a list of prohibited items please click here (takes them to the prohibited items list). Upon entry, you will be searched. All items in your pockets, purses, & bags will be thoroughly examined. Edmonton Police and event security have the right to refuse entry to anyone.

In order to expedite entry for both Festival Days, we cannot allow Re-entry/Ins & Outs. Please be prepared to stay the duration of the day. We will have everything you need available on-site.

Medical Services

We are here to provide a secure, safe, & positive experience for all those in attendance. The EMS Station will clearly be marked in the Main Foyer. If you or anyone you knows requires immediate medical attention ? please inform event staff / security or proceed to the EMS Station.

Food & Beverage

Various FOOD & BEVERAGE vendors will be located mainly in the Main Foyer. Remember to let your vendor know if you are allergic to anything!

Bar Service

Various alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the venue including mixed drinks & cold beer. Last call will be at 01:30 and we will close the bars at 1:55.

Merchandise

Looking for a souvenir? Visit our merch booth arena where you’ll find various T-Shirts, Hoodies, Ball Caps, etc.?

Smoking Areas

There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the venue. Any one caught smoking inside the venue will be kindly asked to leave. There will be smoking areas that are clearly marked. Please visit the EVENT MAP for smoking areas.

Public Transportation

We encourage festival attendees to take bus or train to the festival. Visit the Edmonton Transit System for schedule. Separate arrangements will need to be made for your trip home. The LRT will not be running after the event.

Parking

There is parking located all around the Shaw Conference Center. Please visit http://www.edmonton.com/shaw-conference-centre/ for parking details. We highly encourage car-pooling to reduce travel costs per person and reduce all the associated nasty environmental impacts associated with driving. Please do not DRINK & DRIVE!

Coat Check
